This competition gives creative individuals the exciting chance to influence the minds of others and encourage them to learn more about human space exploration through art. By designing a poster, participants can show what space exploration means for them and the society. You’ll not only win a financial prize but leave a lasting legacy as the creative mind behind your nation’s space missions. Whether you’re an aspiring artist, space enthusiast, or just passionate about representing your country in a unique way, this competition is your stage to shine!
The essence of this competition lies in giving the public a chance to visually define their nation’s space missions and common vision for human spaceflight in Central Europe. We aim to encourage individuals to explore the intersection of art, science, and prestige, with the added bonus of financial prize for the winning designs. Participants will compete in five categories — art & design professionals (400€), hobby artists (250€), adults with special needs (250€), children aged between 10–15 (50€), and children with special needs aged between 10–15 (50€). The goal is to present an original and ambitious vision that inspires curiosity in space exploration and reflects key values and heritage of countries within Visegrad Four.
This competition is open to citizens from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, or Hungary ho are passionate about space and design. Applicants must be older than 10 years. It does not matter if you are professional, hobbyist or have special needs — what matters most is your creativity and how you can visually express the future of spaceflight.

Intellectual Property Rights
By entering the competition, you retain full ownership of submitted artwork. This means rights as the creator remain intact, and you are free to use or display the work in any chosen way, including sharing it on your personal platforms or participating in other competitions. In accordance with the contract terms of the Visegrad Fund (founding scheme), by submitting the artwork, you agree to grant the Visegrad Fund a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your work. This license is without territorial, time, material, or technological limitations, allowing the Fund to:
- Publish and share your artwork on its website, promotional materials, and other media channels.
- Adapt and modify your work, including creating new derivative works based on your submission.
- Include your work in databases or combine it with other projects.
- Reproduce and distribute your artwork freely.
- Engage in any other uses permitted under the relevant copyright laws.
Granting this license ensures the work can reach a wider audience through the Fund’s promotional efforts while keeping your rights protected. By submitting the artwork, you agree to these terms, helping us celebrate and promote the creativity behind national spaceflight initiatives across the Visegrad region.
Participants will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, and how well their poster reflects the theme of national spaceflight. The expert committee will also assess the clarity of the message, visual appeal, and how effectively the design represents the values of space exploration for the Visegrad countries. Each design should be unique and thought-provoking, capturing the spirit of spaceflight while inspiring the public.
